SHIPPING
We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping on all orders. Items purchased online will be shipped within 72 hours. Items will be shipped “bestway” and tracking information will be provided once an item has shipped. At this time, we only ship in the United States. If you need your items sooner, please contact us at hello@rockwallartisanhome.com to make special arrangements. Flat rate shipping will not apply to expedited requests.
Rockwall Artisan Home, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages and will not offer refunds. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipper directly to make a claim.
All sales are final on furniture, custom orders and sale items. All other items purchased in store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 business days from the date of purchase with a receipt. Items must be in new condition, smoke and pet-free with original tags and packaging.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days at hello@rockwallartisanhome.com. Include a description of the damage or issue along with pictures to include pictures of the packaging in the event of damage. We will be happy to make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
