Refund policy
IN STORE
All sales are final on furniture, custom orders and sale items. All other items purchased in store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 business days from the date of purchase with a receipt. Items must be in new condition, smoke and pet-free with original tags and packaging.
ONLINE
All sales are final on furniture, custom orders and sale items. All sales are final on online purchases unless the items are able to be brought in to our store and then the in store policy applies.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days at hello@rockwallartisanhome.com. Include a description of the damage or issue along with pictures to include pictures of the packaging in the event of damage. We will be happy to make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
