Shipping policy

We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping on all orders of regular priced merchandise. Items purchased online will be shipped within 72 business hours. Items will be shipped “bestway” and tracking information will be provided once an item has shipped. At this time, we only ship in the United States. If you need your items sooner, please contact us at hello@rockwallartisanhome.com to make special arrangements. Flat rate shipping will not apply to expedited requests.

Rockwall Artisan Home, LLC, dba Bloom Home and Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages and will not offer refunds. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipper directly to make a claim.
